We had a wonderful time checking out the LINQ Promenade, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere and attractions. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and made our stay more comfortable, especially with my son in tow. The breakfast was a definite highlight, offering delicious options.

My kids wished the pool area had more family-friendly activities for them to enjoy during downtime.

Just a nice choice for a date night in Las Vegas with attractive and competitive value for money. The regular coffee was not good but the staff did try their best to accommodate us. Make sure to test the coffee first before you grab a cup.

The location is a major plus, just a short drive from the airport and within walking distance to various restaurants and cafes. I enjoyed the free hot breakfast, which was consistently replenished and well-kept. However, the gym was notably small, and my room, while spacious, felt outdated and lacked adequate phone charging ports. Staff were friendly, but an issue with bonus points from a promotion remained unresolved, which was disappointing.

Housekeeping started knocking at 10:30 AM, which felt intrusive when checkout wasn’t until 11. Room cleanliness left something to be desired. while acceptable, there were visible marks on furniture. Adding to the annoyance, there were limited breakfast options, and they tended to run out of main items before peak hours ended.

the location of hyatt place is fantastic, especially for thomas & mack center events. my king room with sofa bed was spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was impressive, with real eggs and bacon. the staff, especially miriam, helped me catch my shuttle just in time!
